All of our products are custom-made to your specifications and cannot be repurposed. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your items.

Returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

• The product does not match your order confirmation.
• There are defects in the materials or manufacturing.
• The engraving or customization does not match the approved design proof.

Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. If your return is approved, we will expedite a replacement order and provide a return shipping label.
